Return and Refund Policy – Sale Off Shop

1. Returns

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized products, cannot be returned.


2. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@saleoffshop.shop with proof (e.g., photos).

  • We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of a defective or incorrect product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
